Bridal Appointment FAQ

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes, we offer 1 hour appointments with our experienced Bridal Consultants who will get to know you and your style to help you find the perfect gown!

Will I be charged for an appointment?

There are no charges for appointments between Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm. Other times including evenings and weekends, a fee of £30 will charged. We operate a 72 hour cancellation policy to ensure we can offer the appointment on our waiting list. There is a charge of £30 for failure to cancel in time.

How many people can I bring?

Currently we are allowing strictly 2 guest per bride. We will be offering conference calling facilities so you can share that special moment with your family and very important people!

Can we come in early and browse before my appointment starts?

We kindly ask that you come as close to your appointmnet time as possible. We will be deep cleaning the store and gowns in between each appointment to make sure the boutique is safe and clean for your appointment.

Can I bring a pram or young children?

For the safety of your child, our team and yourself we ask that you do not bring babies or children at this time.

Will there be other appointments in store?

Brides will have their own private level of the store for themselves, their guest and one stylist. There may be another appoinmnt on the other level.

Can I take photos?

We do not encourage photography however if it will help you to better decide upon the right dress we will allow photographs of your favourite dresses.

Can I just pop in and browse anytime?

At the moment we do not allow brides without an appointment to come to the store as an appointmnet may be running or we may be in the process if preparing for the next booked appointment.

What sizes are your samples?

We have samples in sizes between a UK 10, 12 and 14 depending on shape of the gown.

What is your price range?

We offer made-to-order gowns from £1000 to £7500. Should you have a budget below this, we have over 60 styles of ready-to-buy Sample gowns you can purchase and can take away with you on the day. Please email us.

Do I need to bring anything like shoes and special underwear?

Please kindly be wearing a mask when you arrive for your appointmnet with at the boutique.

We are not able to offer shoes to try with gowns at the moment. We encourage you to bring your own if that will help you to see the gowns properly.

Backless or Strapless bras are most helpful but not essential. Stick on cups or low back basques are also useful to wear to ensure you are comfortable and could provide good support for your actual Wedding day. Also it is helpful to bring pictures of gowns you have seen on blogs or website, or you have tried on elsewhere.

Most importantly come with an open mind! It is quite usual for customers to find THE ONE during their first visit at Angelica Bridal!
