- We provide a private and personal service at no charge. This cancellation policy allows us to give other customers a chance to take your appointment should you not wish to attend.
- We do ask our customers to leave their debit or credit card details over the phone as we operate a cancellation policy.
- We require 72 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment. If you cancel or change any later than 72 hours, you will be charged £35.
- Should you have found your gown before your appointment with us, as we hold a collection of bridal accessories in store, it is therefore still worth coming to your appointment to avoid the charge.
